This seed drill is a high-end piece of agricultural equipment developed by our company, Qingdao Dashun Jingfeng, for precision vegetable sowing.
The machine's core technology utilises the principle of negative pressure adsorption: a fan provides a stable negative pressure, precisely adhering the seeds to the suction holes on the sowing disc; when the sowing disc rotates to the sowing position, the seeds are smoothly released due to a change in pressure.
Depending on the size of the seeds (such as small seeds like spinach and coriander, medium-sized seeds like cabbage and celery, and large seeds like carrots and radishes), the pressure can be adjusted as required and the suction cups replaced to ensure accurate and even sowing.

Our air-suction seed drill utilises vacuum seeding technology; by adjusting the seed dispenser, it can achieve either a single seed per hole or multiple seeds per hole, thereby minimising instances of double sowing or missed seeds.

This is also a multi-functional pneumatic seeder; a single machine can perform rotary tilling, ridge formation, drip tape laying, pneumatic seeding, real-time monitoring and soil compaction.
It can also be fitted with a fertiliser hopper and mulching device, enabling simultaneous fertilisation and seeding, followed by immediate mulching after sowing, thereby maximising operational efficiency.

1.Pressure gauge
The pressure level can be monitored via the pressure gauge to prevent it from becoming too high or too low; excessive pressure accelerates wear between the suction cup and the seal, whilst insufficient pressure prevents the seeds from being sucked up.

International customers:
T/T payment
The customer pays 30% as a deposit. The company arranges production and shipment. After receiving the bill of lading, the customer pays the remaining amount. This method suits most international customers.
